  • TriAthy - Race Report

Scorching temperatures, a fierce kick in the face; on balance it was a pretty nice day at TriAthy 2009.
  • Cycling the Camino De Santiago

In 2007 I cycled the Camino de Santiago from the South of France, through the Pyrenees then across Spain to Santiago de Compostela; an amazing journey of 850 kilometres. This article charts the lead up to the trip and the trip itself.
  • Wicklow 200

Myself and the Ciaráns (Lennon and Vipond) took part in the epic Wicklow 200 yesterday - a 200Km cycle from the South of Dublin down into Wicklow, looping back to Dublin for the finish.
  • Quick Update

My cuts and bruises are healing well after the bike tumble. The swelling has gone down in my leg, and I was able to go to physio last night for a check up and to work on my (still) troublesome left side.
