Winning Bigger Web Projects

Barcamp Belfast was a lot of fun. I gave a talk on winning larger web projects to a really engaged, interested audience. It was fantastic.

You might already have seen the video and the slides on the Front site. But for posterity, here they are anyway.

    Hi Paul,

    Nice presentation.

You mind me asking what time tracking utility do you use?

    Regards,
    Derek

Hi Derek. Sorry for the delay getting back to you. We use a customised version of the ticketing system Redmine to record time and track projects.
